This program is based on Talent Search Examination. Successful candidates (75 to 80) have to participate in the four days residential camp conducted in Calicut during April/May. 25 to 30 students are shortlisted for personal interview.  Finally about 10 candidates are selected. They are provided with Fellowship of Rupees 1.25 lakhs for their higher studies and  these students are followed up regularly for the next five years in order to mould them to be excellent achievers.
