 2024 - 25 അധ്യയന വർഷത്തെ മികച്ച വിദ്യാലയങ്ങൾക്ക് പി. എം ഫൗണ്ടേഷൻ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന അവാർഡിന് അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.

അവാർഡിന്റെ മുഖ്യപ്രമേയം : സാമൂഹ്യ ഉൾചേർക്കൽ ( Social Inclusion )

പ്രധാനമാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ:

1. സർക്കാർ,  എയ്ഡഡ്, അൺ എയ്ഡഡ്  എൽ പി, യുപി, ഹൈസ്കൂൾ,  ഹയർസെക്കൻഡറി സ്കൂളുകൾക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.

2. എല്ലാ വിഭാഗം ജനങ്ങളെയും ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നതും സാമൂഹ്യനീതിയും അവസര സമത്വവും ഉറപ്പുവരുന്നതുമായ ക്യാമ്പസ് സംസ്കാരവും സംവിധാനവും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തിയ സ്ഥാപനം.

3. സമൂഹത്തിലെ പാർശ്വവൽകൃതരെയുംയും പഠന വൈകല്യമുള്ളവരെയും മുഖ്യധാരയിൽ എത്തിക്കാൻ വൈവിധ്യമാർന്ന ഇടപെടലുകൾ/ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിച്ച സ്ഥാപനം.

4. ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർ, അനാഥർ, അഗതികൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വ്യത്യസ്ത സാമൂഹ്യ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലുള്ളവരെ ജാതിമത ലിംഗ വിവേചനങ്ങളില്ലാതെ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നതിനും സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ സേവനങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനും ഫലപ്രദവും സ്ഥായിയായതുമായ രീതികൾ അവലംബിച്ച സ്ഥാപനം.

5. ഉന്നത നിലവാരമുള്ള അധ്യയനവും പഠനസംവിധാനങ്ങളും എല്ലാവർക്കും പ്രാപ്യമാക്കുന്ന തോടൊപ്പം സക്രിയവും  പുരോഗമനാത്മകവുമായ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകൾ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിൽ വളർത്തിയെടുക്കാൻ ഉതകുന്ന പരിപാടികൾ ആവിഷ്കരിച്ചു നടപ്പിൽ വരുത്തിയ സ്ഥാപനം.


ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകളിൽ നിന്നും ജൂറി തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന സ്കൂളുകൾ, അവരുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ വിശദമാക്കുന്ന ദൃശ്യാവതരണം ഉൾപ്പെടെ സമിതി മുമ്പാകെ നടത്തേണ്ടതും തുടർന്ന് ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ വന്ന സ്കൂളുകളിൽ വിദഗ്ധസമിതി സന്ദർശനം നടത്തുന്നതും ആണ് .

ഈ സ്കൂളുകളിൽ നിന്ന് ആദ്യ മൂന്നു സ്ഥാനക്കാരെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുകയും യഥാക്രമം 3 ലക്ഷം 2 ലക്ഷം ഒരു ലക്ഷംഎന്ന ക്രമത്തിൽ ക്യാഷ് അവാർഡും ഫലകവും ഫൗണ്ടേഷന്റെ വാർഷിക അവാർഡ് ദാന ചടങ്ങിൽ വച്ച് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

Social Inclusion എന്ന പ്രമേയത്തിന്റെ പരിധിയിൽ വരുന്ന സ്കൂളിന്റെ  പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെ ക്രോഡീകരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഒരു Self-Assessment Report (SAR) അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

Prof. K.A. Jaleel Award for Best Practices in Schools of Kerala

P.M. Foundation is instituting awards for schools pursuing best practices in different spheres of activity related to schools. Govt/ aided / un-aided LP/UP/HS/HSS can apply for this award. This year the best practices adopted by schools in creating an ecosystem ensuring social justice, and thereby ‘Social inclusion’ is being evaluated.
Social Inclusion (Inclusiveness)

Criteria
1.     Innovative and result-oriented methods adopted by the school to identify the slow learners and marginalized sections in the society and bringing them to the mainstream

2.     Effective implementation of schemes and programs in the school by ensuring equitable treatment without any discrimination among different social groups, genders   and individuals

3.     Steps taken to create the campus without any form of prejudice and   ensuring   socio - economic equality among the academic community and students.

4.     The measures taken by the school to provide high-quality education demonstrating a progressive, pro-active and inclusive attitude towards education.

5.     The extend to which the schools conform to the international human rights framework and to the Divyangjan – Friendly facilities.

From the applications, schools would be shortlisted by an expert committee. Short listed schools have to make a visual presentation before the committee and answer their queries. Thereafter, the committee would visit the shortlisted schools. Finally, top 3 institutions would bag Rs. 3 lakhs, Rs.2 lakhs & Rs.1 lakh as Cash award respectively. Awards would be presented in the P.M. Foundation Annual Award Ceremony to be held in December.

The last date for submission of duly filled in applications (hard copy) would be 30th September 2024.  Incomplete applications would be rejected.
